Bavaria Cutting Board
While I was in Bavaria for training, I wanted to make something special for my mom as a souvenir. So I went to one of my most favorite stores in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and bought this beautiful cutting board. I then decided to paint some of the iconic things around where I was. I painted this in gouache and while not typically the right sort of supply to use, it worked great (with many layers of sealer of course). The art features Lake Eibsee, a very prominent church tower in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Lady Justice in Munich, and various wild flowers from around town.
Artsy Stuff used:
Himi Jelly Gouache
Lots of Spray Sealer
Wooden Cutting Board
